This is my latest mural for a soon-to-be new baby. This was all the momma’s idea and I’m loving it. She’s going to add silk flowers to the tree to make it even sweeter. It’s hard to see, but there are green and pink butterflies scattered throughout the room. I’m so very happy with the way this turned out!

As you know Jame, I’m not a fan of pink…but this is really beautiful. I like the idea of dimension (that the flowers will add) and that it will be timeless even as the child grows. Smart Mom.
I remember seeing a tree mural my Aunt did years ago. She actually molded the trunk and branches from some form of clay and then painted the tree over it. It was amazing. BTW, what does the wall say? Once upon a time?
